Our COVID-19 Plumbing Protocols
At All State Plumbing and Heating, we take our customer’s safety seriously. During these unprecedented times, we have put in place some new protocols to ensure that our customers are comfortable when our plumbers are needed! Don’t put your plumbing needs on hold. If you have any plumbing issues that need to be addressed you can rest assured that we are equipped to complete any job safely and efficiently.
1. Wearing masks
The CDC has recommended that we all wear face coverings when in a public place. We are following this guideline to ensure the safety of our customers when we do need to interact with them and answer any questions about the job being completed. Your safety, as well as the safety of our plumbers, is of utmost importance.
2. Wearing booties
Our plumbing techs wear boot and shoe coverings when entering customer’s homes to prevent bringing in any outside debris and bacteria. At All State Plumbing, we have always had this set as a standard practice but are now being more diligent than ever!
3. Sanitizing throughout the job
Cleanliness has always been a top priority at All State Plumbing and Heating. Our plumbers use hand sanitizer routinely when touching multiple surfaces and also use sanitizing wipes when necessary.
4. Virtual estimates
To minimize contact with our customers we now offer virtual estimates though video chatting services. We want to give you an idea of what a job might cost before we enter your home.
5. Minimal contact with household members
We give our customers a window of time that we will need in their home. This gives the customer the opportunity to notify any household members that they may want to avoid the area where a job is being completed. Our goal is to come in contact with as few people as possible during our visit.
If you have any questions about the safety measures we are putting in place or need plumbing services give us a call today!
